Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand that unplanned issues can come up, and you may need to cancel your appointment. If that happens we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Unavoidable circumstances may warrant consideration, but please note that bellow charges will apply to most cancellations.

1. Cancellation of scheduled appointment at least 24 hours prior to appointment time – Free of charge.

2. Short notice cancellation – 50% of the scheduled price.

3. No show - No phone call to cancel the appointment – Full charge.

Less than 24 hours’ notice doesn’t allow TWIG Consultancy sufficient time to offer that session to another client in need.
