What is Focus

In my understanding, focus is directed attention; it is purposeful presence, time and energy we spend on mental, physical, emotional and spiritual activities. I am where my attention and energy are. This becomes my life routine, my experience and ultimately my reality. With this definition in mind, I urge you to consider these questions to get a clearer picture:
On what am I placing my energy and attention?
Am I happy with my reality at this point in life?
Are my priorities set and clear?
What and where are the distractions in my life?
Where is my energy leakage?
Keeping these questions in mind, have a transparent and honest brainstorming session with your inner self and maybe even trusted coach, friend or family member who can help produce an initial map of what is going on in your life at present.
